Instructor Jamie Jeffreys

Jamie Jeffreys is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor and has been coaching the Metcon class at Clarks since 2016. Jamie’s fitness/sports journey began when she started swimming as a child and continued competitively into the Collegiate level. After many years of struggling with poor body image and eating disorders, she’s gradually switched her focus to creating healthy habits around fitness and overall wellness that are sustainable and beneficial for long-term health. She hopes to encourage others to take a positive approach to health by focusing more on moving well and feeling good long term, and less on appearance and comparison. Jamie is also an Analyst, an adventurer, and a lover of cute animals and chocolate chip cookies.
